Ordered a vehicle report for $1.00, ended up they signed me up for a $9.95/month plan for a year. No where did I see that I was signing up for this. When I discovered what had happened I did a online chat, the person stopped the remaining payments, but I still ended up paying $9.95 for a $1.00 report. I then called their customer service telephone number, the girl said they would refund my money but could take 7-10 days to show up. Hopefully this will happen. I don't think this is a very good business practice. It really seems like a bate and switch tactic. Buyer Beware!!!
