Ripoff deceptive company LEXINGTON

My name is connie and i have had problems with oakwood since 2001.

We were told one lie after another.

We were told that we would not have to pay over 500.00 which was a lie it ended up being 580.75 per month. We had no choice but to sign because we had to be out of our apartment in 7 days of signing.

We were also told we would have about 10 to choose from and ended up having only 1 to take.

It was snake infested and dirty.

We had no choice.

We ended up not being able to make payments after a year and told oakwood to pick it up.

Come to find out they did not take it back but left it in the park and sold it.

During which time it was still in my name and is still on my credit report as open and pending foreclosure.

If they sold it it should be wiped off my credit report as pending foreclosure.

I will never ever try to buy from them again.

I would not send anyone to them either.
