My name is Frank Parks, on april 6. My car was carjacked, and wrecked. Severe front-end damage, and body. I believed the car to be totaled, but Joseph M Harris, and michael Booth, ststed it was repairable. My car has been at this location (classis collision) since april15. I have no rental car. I contacted the head supervisor Paul Vanhatten, he stated hes in insurance business, not car repair, and theirs nothing he can do. Zack East at classic collision, stated all parts were ordered april 18th, but Im having a hard time repairing this car. Ive made two car payments on the car in another week-an-a half ill be making another payment. Ive tried to contact a lawyer, but since i didn t get injured they cant help. Please advice me on really getting my car back/and reinspected. Also reinbursed for all the hardship all these lies, delays, stress, they ve cause me. Thanks.
