I noticed a 49.95 charge on my bill in May. I looked back at my old invoices and we were charged for four months previous. No one in the family signed up or ever watched a movie. I asked them what movies had been watched somehow could not get that information... What a surprise. Not happy! Called 1-800-851-7743 to resolve it. Said they would credit my account for the full amount, but I checked the next bill and they only credited 49.95. They tried to scam me again! Called again and now they said they will credit my account 150.00, will double check next month. To me, the company is hoping people will forget and not double check their bill.
