Ordered products from Dom but the goods never arrived. His wife Sandra handles the correspondence. I was unaware of the 45 day limit for filing a complaint with PayPal and fell for Sandra's claim of possible lengthy lead time due to backlog, problems with her mothers health, etc.By the time I filed my dispute it was too late.
