On February 10 I ordered and paid $4,375 for 10 cell phones from www.OverstockShop.net owner Sandra Zuniga. I used PayPay thinking I had buyer protection. Sandra did not deliver the phones. After several calls promising to delivery of the phones she stop returning my calls and responding to my emails. Paypal stated that Overstock Shop did not have any money in their Paypal account to reimburse my money.
