Bought a package deal of a Canon D600 body with 2 extra long life batteries and warranty. Told would have it express shipping within 3 days. Was also guaranteed the camera was new.

The batteries were $20 crap not the $180 ones I ordered and they refused to give me a refund on the difference or supply the correct ones because 'I should be grateful I got a good deal on the camera' as per Steve the sales manager.

Upon inspection it was bait and switch on the camera body. They had Nikon seals on the box but when I inspected the body there was clear scuffs and scratches on the viewfinder protector and underside of the camera.

I contacted Nikon and gave them the serial number and they confirmed it was second hand and was sold 8 months ago to B&H and no ajrichies.

Reported to my credit card company. The company is a disgrace.
