I didn't notice a small sum of money had been debited from my bank account last month this must have been for postage. I did not order any products and a small package came to my house but it was not addressed to me. I asked my neighbours if they knew anyone of that name but nobody did. I have had 97.82GBP deducted from my bank account by acivcollagen. When I went to their website to complain, they already had my e-mail details registered... I have never had anything to do with this Company and how did they get my bank details? This is scarey. The fraud department at my bank said they would refund me and they will supply me with a new card. Thank goodness.
