I live in France and this has happened to me also. KKO Mobile have been 'Helping Themselves' to $6.65 a week since September... I had no idea. I never subscribed to anything and was not informed by my ISP of any changes... Just thought that my Boyfriend had been making some extra calls. I'm VERY angry that scams like this can happen and feel that I want to save someone else from falling into the same trap.
