We ordered 200 custom ring 4GB usb keys from Shenzhen Aoda Technology Co., Ltd and corresponded via email with Jessie. She had advised they require a bank transfer in order to ship so we sent one for the total amount including shipping $620. We had to pay handling fees of $30 through our bank to do this. Jessie said she received this payment but we needed to pay more because their bank charged them handling fees to receive the money. So we sent another bank transfer of $35, and again $30 in handling fees.
