This company is definitely a scam. I wish I had checked them out here first but learned the hard way when I fell for special discount 1 car history report which was promoted at only $1.00
Then when I checked my account, I saw the pending charge for $9.95 which is their monthy subscription rate. I emailed Andy Wright whom I doubt even exits and he did respond stating that "You have been refunded the amount of $9.95 and I have closed your account, confirmation number: xxxxx. As well, you are credited all subsequent charges of $9.95 today, these remaining charge (s) have been voided. Depending on financial institution it can take up to 3-5 days to appear back on your cc statement."
I doubt this would ever happened based on all the other complaints I have seen so I have reported the charge as fraud and shut down my card. These people need to be shut down.
