On June 04 I submitted a request to this company for a copy of the car history of a recently purchased vehicle. The qouted cost of this one-time service was $1.00.
When I received notice of this transaction from my bank, I had been charged $10.00. And I assumed that I had mis-read the qouted charge presented at the website, so let it "slide".
The report information had errors, and I resolved not to recommend this company to friends (nor use it again) in the future.
On July 05th I was again charged $9.95 by Carhistory, for services rendered, which I never requested, or used. I did not see and review this debit to my bank account until this past week when I noticed that a THIRD $9.95 charge had been made to my bank account on August 02...
A total of $29.85 since I ordered a $1.00 report on June04
I would appreciate any assistance that your company can provide me concerning this problem of over - charging done by Carhistory
