Consumer Report

Verizon Wireless took money form my Wells Fargo bank account and on top of I paid one hundred fifty dollars in cash the denied they took any money from me and send to collection agency. I have evidence of bank statement that shows they withdraw money from my account and it didn't show that in my consumer report the money they withdraw from my checking account. I faxed to them my bank statement and they said they are investigating.in the mean time they reported to collection agency and they messed up my credit. When I called them back they didn't answer my phone and they ignored me I don't know where to report this financia abuse and illegal act. Please help me my name is Teshome Idossa.
