I ordered a Worth 454 mutant slow pitch bat. The website says free shipping. I was charged for shipped. I was not sent the bat I ordered. I was sent $20 Easton bat. The website says 14 day guarantee full refund. None of that has happened. I have email them 1000 times. There is no phone number to call. I am furious that I have been taken advantage of. Is there anything I can do? I cannot believe something cannot be done. I also cannot believe they continue to have a website and take people's money.
