Ripoff Internet fraud bait and switch

I ordered a watch from this website, and they immediately charged my credit card. After two weeks, I did not have my watch (they specify that out of stock orders may take "up to two weeks to ship").

Contacting them is nearly impossible, as the phone number they supply does not work. I always got the same message of "The voice mailbox belonging to Exqisite Styles is full".

I finally heard back from them, via email, and they were very rude, telling me I was "pestering" them, when all I wanted was either a shipping date for the watch I ordered or a refund. Finally, after just about a month, I received confirmation that the watch was shipped, and I received it, however it was not the watch I ordered and now they will not respond to my email asking for assistance. Not only was this not the watch I ordered, but the quality is terrible. It does not have threaded screws, etc, as stated on their website.

They state, on their website, that refunds will be made for mistakes in shipping, which this clearly was, however they are completely ignoring my requests to exchange the watch I received for the one that was ordered.

I will never deal with them again, and I would suggest you do the same.
