This buyer order "Expedited Shipping 3 to 5 days UPS delivery" then went on vacation for 3 weeks... Coming back filled a Refund Claim for non delivery when UPS tried to deliver (4 days after the order was placed) unsuccessfully 3 times because the buyer was not home and provided a fake telephone number. This buyer got refunded despite the seller provided certificate of destruction from UPS after holding on the package for 3 weeks.
