I ordered the free trial too. I have not received it yet but as I was searching the product online to get some more information I read all these complaints on this site, so I guess I was lucky. I called the number shown on the top of this page (if you are calling from the UK add 001) and asked them to cancel the subscription. I suggest you call them to cancel your order ASAP or even to ask for a refund
