The truth is that this company is deliberately deceptive with regard to their actual status as a privately held company, that is in no way affiliated with the U.S. Government or USPS. Their customer representatives are instructed to obfuscate and withhold that "change-my-address.com" will charge $19.99 for the interaction, while the USPS will charge $1.00. Change-my-address.com has been directed to clearly mark the USPS and Postal Service titles with registered trade mark symbols. Change-my-address.com is a deceptive organization. One of the "owners" threatened to have me "dragged from my home and beaten." I plan to submit reports of the fraud of change-my-address.com to any and all services available.
