I'm a receptionist at a company and for days we were recieving calls from this company asking for accounts payable. I had given her my name as I'm often asked by callers who they are speaking with. After that they attached my name to the invoice and sent it to AP, with no PO and we don't have them in our vendors list, and no one has ordered supplies.
