This company's email support was excellent when I first found out about them. They responded to every email and gave me a discount on their $159 Targeted Website Visitors package, which I got for $127. I hoped for the best, until I realized the company was not actually delivering any visitors. After seeing no increase in hits to the site I bought the visitors for, I contacted the company requesting a refund. They responded back almost immediately claiming it would be done the following day. The next day came and nothing happened. I contacted them again asking for a refund, and they responded apologizing for the delay, and claimed that I would receive a refund that day. After 48 hours, no refund was issued.

SuperiorMarketingFirm has a 30-day refund policy, which states you can receive a prorated refund within 30 days. I contacted the company several more times and was ignored. They stopped responding to my emails and closed the account they gave me to track the progress of my order. This company has stolen my money and does not care to explain what happened to my order or why a refund was not issued.
