I ordered for a free trial for Veloura and BellaGenix with payment for postage with credit card around end Dec. About 2 weeks later US $210 was bill to my credit card. I did not receive any of the products not even the trial ones at all. I immediately change my card number to prevent them from further milking from me. After few e - mails they assured me of the refund which to date I still do not receive. Pse advice me of further action.
