I have ordered a free trial of Bellagenix and Veloura. I received only the Bellagenix and got suspicious. I immediately, per email, cancelled the order and informed them that only one product arrived and that I was not willing to pay for products that does not reach me. I received an email back to say that my order had been cancelled.in the meantime I was charged for delivery (2 x US$4.75) and on 1 Arpil again for two products (2x$99.95). Thinking that my order had been cancelled successfully I was again charged on 1 May (2x$94.90). All these charges had gone through my credit card. I have, in the meantime, not receive any further correspondence from these people until yesterday that I was told about their policies which by the way are no-where to be found. I have cancelled my credit card but am unhappy about all this. I was on leave in the meantime and could not keep track of the charges on my credit card.
