I ordered online software, Webeasy pro 9 the information was wrong and there was no discount as the software company had the same price. But they sold me an outdated version 9 while the version 10 is up to date.
Here the email I have send them and after 2 days not a single reply.
Also I could not download the version 9 as the server was too slow, around 150 Mb would take me with my high speed ADSL over 4-5 hours.

The email to Sarah:
Dear Sara this is Peter John Bosse senior correspondent for the Dutch media at the Balkans.
I am really disappointed in your service because of the following reasons:
First you have put an outdated version 9 of Webeasy professional.

You stated the normal price is 59.95 USD while the new version 10 at the software owners website

Is not 59.95 as you stated but the same price you offer for the outdated version.

Furthermore we were not able to download the software therefore we never used the given serial.
We do have a log that the download did not go through as the speed was very low that we needed 4 hours minimum to get the needed 160 or so Mb.
We again urge you to refund our paid money as we got a product that has not being downloaded and that has never been installed.
I hope you will see the importance of good customer rating in the future.
