I called, and wanted a refund and they said they couldn't cause of the laspsed day, i am currect out of town, and have been here for 2 1/2 weeks. And got charged a fee of 99.90? On my bank card, they said just pay postage and handling which I did, and then they charged me that fee. I am on disability and widow pension, and have a limited income. They sent me more cigs with a fee of 70. And something cents, and the bank in charging 7.00 fee for everyday since may 14, cause it was overdrawn. I called the company and the guy told me sorry they refund anything. I am very sick and and don't need the headache, now I don't have enough to pay all my bills. Very disappointed in this company, better business needs to hear of this... I would of never agreed to such nosense. I was also reading in the news paper... in riverside and they had an article listed and said. The food and drug administration doesn't regulate e=cig and public health repercussions could be pretty bad. So one knows for sure what s in the water vapors that drifts from them or whether toxic, they are reported tp contain vapors that are bad for you. I have the article here and will save. For proof..
