I ordered a sample of this cream and then called to cancel when they charged me $99. I offered to return the cream and they said no need to do that and the CSR indicated I would receive a refund. Howwever, when I call today they said no refund was available. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he was not availabe and after I called again, he is not available. This is a total scam.
