Miscellaneous

I purchased the skin care product "Beaudify" from TV info-mercial from Osl*Angelicskincare at the trial price of $4.95. After 14 days I was supposed to call and cancel any future shipments though I was NOT told that on the phone. Therefore I was charged $89.95 shipping. After a very difficult time locating a website and/or correct telephone number and even a company name, I called to cancel and to receive a refund as I did not like the product. The woman I spoke with talked incessantly until I had to raise my voice so she could hear me saying that this product did not work for my skin and as advertised I could return the cream for a FULL refund. She only offered me $50.00 and said since I did not have to return the cream I would be keeping it and only paying $39.99. I was frustrated and ended the call. I received $50.00 refund. I called again and had to demand a full refund as I was shipping the cream back. She hesitantly mumbled an RMA number and hung up on me. I returned the unused cream. I have not received the full refund yet - $39.99. That was in November and it is now January 28. I believe she had no intention of refunding this remaining balance, as she repeatedly interrupted me saying they don't want the product back and that I was the winner in all this by getting the cream for only $39.99 I stead of $89.95. Why would I want to pay $40.00 for a product that does not absorb into my skin but dries and peels off my face! And another lie from this company is the promise of a $50.00 Walmart card just for trying this cream. I tried the cream; returned the cream and NO FULL REFUND AND NO Walmart gift card and $40.00 SCAMED! This company needs to be officially investigated and forced to reimburse every penny plus pay each customer double the $ 89.95 then be sentenced to take a "Business Ethics" course.
