Mailjet is the worst company we have ever seen. Their server keeps crashing, and their customer support acts friendly but resolves absolutely nothing. It took them 2 weeks to send out less than 50% of 1 single newsletter. I demanded a refund and have had constant delays, stalling, and told that they are forwarding it over to management and that I'll hear back in 5-7 days. Still nothing. They take your money, they can't send out emails, and then they never send you a refund. Avoid!
