Fraud, ripoff, worthless company, took my money and then disappeared

I wish I had visited usacomplaints.com before sending moeny to CyberPhrases (Cyberphrases.com & Cyberphrases.net) This company claims to do online keyword marketing. Their sales dept. Called me nonstop when they wanted my business. I decided to spend approximately $1k on advertising with them.

As soon as they had my money, they stopped returning my phone calls. They did not do anything they promised — they didn't even set up an account for me. After about 20 phone calls, I finally reached the sales person and demanded a refund due to non-service and because of their total lack of professionalism — they agreed to refund my money and said they would send a refund. I waited one month for the refund. No refund was sent.

I called them back and then they said they could only refund half. After a long argument, I agreed to half and they said they would send me the refund immediately. It has been two months since then. Again, no refund was sent. I have receive absolutely nothing from them for the money - no service, no return calls, nothing.

Simply put CyberPhrases took my money and gave me nothing in return. They have refused to refund my money and do not return phone calls. Do not give them money or you will never hear from them again. Cyberphrases, Cyberphrases.com, and Cyberphrases.net is a despicable, fraudulent, and worthless company you ought to avoid at all costs.
