It all started off with google and the keywords "Cheap Reseller Hosting." I found Hostluck.com. Saw there plans and figured what the heck. I signed up for there reseller plan but it ended up being the wrong one. I contacted the support team and told them I wanted to upgrade my services. They emailed me back right away and said "Send the money and post the transaction id in the support ticket, " so I did so. Never heard back from them again. 45 minutes after being on the server, the server crashed. It was down for about 3 hours. Then the next day I sent another ticket asking for my upgrade and I reposted the transaction ID. Still nothing. Then the server went down again. I was on the server a total of 5 days and out of those 5 days the server was online maybe 1 full day. I've sent numerous support tickets asking for my upgrade and no response. Today I decided to do something I should of done from the begining, looking at reviews of this company. Come to find out I wasn't the only person with these issues. This company is notorious for there poor customer support and downtime. They were so bad that they had to change there original name from Mydotsy to HostLuck. Well after I read the reviews I decided okay its time to cancel and request my refund since it was within there 30 days. Still haven't heard back from them. They promise super fast customer support and 99% uptime on there server. According the the server monitor the server is sitting at 46% uptime since June 1. I decided to go a head and file a payment dispute with paypal on the payments I sent to HostLuck. Figured they wont answer me maybe they will answer paypal, which I highly doubt.

They will talk to you in the begining but as soon as you submit that payment you will never hear from them again.
