I placed an order on their website late on a friday night, and revived an email confirmation with the order number and payment information. Their website has an order tracker, but keeps telling me "The order information you requested was not found, please try again later".
I have not been able to get a hold of chat services, and their supposed "24/7" phone service is actually only open 9-6 weekdays. I payed for expedited shipping, but I have no idea where my charger is.
I am beginning to suspect that there is no charger, and the website is either a scam or at the very least uncaring and untrustworthy with their customer support claims.
I will attempt to call their 24/7 phone service again during "normal business hours", and then probably try to get my money back.
