I purchased a dress from this company and never received it. No replies to email requests for updates and the "Live Chat" they advertise as 24-7 customer service never goes through. I was online for two solid days waiting for an operator to assist me. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and on Econsumer. Gov
