I sent for a free trial and paid the shipping. I didn't use it right away. I thought this was a free trial. Then I was charged $99. Before long I was charged $105.95. They sent a second package which we refused. I called the company and formally canceled. They told me to ship the face cream back so I sent the original shipment. Supposedly they refunded the money minus handling ($20) and shipping (6.95) for the second shipment which we refused. As of now we are trying to get money back for their original shipment which we sent back which was what I understood the agent said I should do. Sometimes with accents it is hard to determine what people are saying. I am retired. I would never pay $99 to $105 for face creams. Don't get scammed. Contact the Better Business Bureau and your credit card company if you are caught in this situation.
