Unauthorised charges were made to my credit card in December. I called then in January, and they said they will refund in 10 weeks - no money received. Since then I have had monthly charges between US$1 and US$2 every month. I have called many times on 61 (0) 386521471, and each time, the phone system says "your call is very important to us, you will be transferred..." then hung up after waiting for over 6 minutes. Now I have had to close my credit card account.
