While at A BART station in Oakland CA. I needed to use a pay phone. I noticed on the ph. That I could use my debit card by using *22 on the ph. There were no rates posted, and i was only going to be on the ph. Maybe 90 secs. My ph. Call lasted about a min. And a half. When I checked my account the next day they charged me $17.65. I was SHOCKED!!! I looked them up on line and called them. I had to speak to several people there, but I am supposed to recieve a $7.00 credit in several days. I will never use them again I sugest that you don't also.
