Furniture less than 1 yr. Old, stitching coming out, unusual wear in place not used (sat on arm rest) cushion (l) sagging not firm. Tech called in took pictures, had to call co. Stated manufacture would do nothing. Meanwhile i have a couch that is 9 months oldand worn leather and no firmness in cushion.
