The ordering process is all automated and often I found myself having to repeat and/or spell information out because it wouldn't understand my response. The TV advertisement shows two suma wrestlers sitting on a couch and plastics bars were placed under the couch cushion. They say that no more sagging even with the two suma wrestlers both sitting on the couch cushions. Well I am not a suma wrestler but the couch cushion continues to sink even with the plastic bars under the cushion.
