Tried to rip me off by not letting me cancel my order with them by keeping me hold for over an hour over a (2) week period

Call into a company adverstising their product and to try a free sample. I ordered thier product and the company recieving the orders for the company told me that I could call and cancel my order at anytime after I receive the product.

Gave them my criedt card# and I recieved the product. Approx. 10 days later I tried calling the phone number that was giving to me from the operator and when I called that number for over a two week period I was put on hold for over an hour! When I called back to the company receiving the orders for this company they gave the run around.

I feel this a scam because they hope that anyone ordering the product will just give up and hang up the phone and go through the painfull process of canceling thier criedt card and they continue to get repeat customers and do the same to them.

I had to invole (3) other of my friends to call and be place on hold and we finally got through...
