So happy to think I had solved my shoe clutter problem. I ordered pk-#1-060 on March 19th and my money was debited from my account on March 21st. I never received a confirmation as to whether my order was received. I have called numerous times to only get a recording. I have emailed, no response. I hope you can help. I would still like to have the product if this company even exist. Thank you.
