We had our house built and from the first day we had problems.
We moved in June 26th. We have had Structural problems, Mold, Lack of Insulation, Defective doors etc... We have moved out totally once and moved out partially due to defective material he put under our tile floors. The hardwood floors are so cracked and defective that we will have to move out again to have them fixed but O'Hara will not address this issue. The first time they redid the flooring they left circles around vents and the toilet etc... Now since the shimming was done due to the solf wood shim they used has caused more popping and large cracks and seperations in our floors. They sent the plumber out yesterday and he said we needed new stoppers since they don't hold water and a spout in the upstairs bathroom and O'Hara's response was go to the hardward store and get them. We have gone through hell and back with this company. We have everything documented and need you to help in this matter.
When the defective material was put under our tile it took him almost 3 years to replace it but our floors had holes and epoxy seeping through the grout where they injected it. He got paid for that floor but not us. From Dural USA out of Chattanooga, Tn. We had to have a Strucural Engineer and Home Inspection. We had to get a new roof because of the ridge vents weren't even open they just put the paper over the vents. Thank God for the hail damage. These people are truly professional con-artist. We hired him, Trusted him and paid him and got a nightmare of a house still with major problems.
