Bought a modular home from this local company, there were many issues the biggest issues are the tile floor thorughout the house is cracking and breaking and the second issue is we paid for 3/4 inch oak floors and there were over 17 bundels that they took and never returned to us. Now we have to have the tile floors pulled up and install a sub floor and replace the tiles... And the hardwood floor well that we will never get back.
