On September we commissioned a delivery for the customer “ Mattress Land and Furn" to Echo Global from Jersey City to Ohio;
The goods in pallet was ok and 'came from the customer completely destroyed. We had to compensate the customer with other goods for the value of $ 1,831.77.
We have spoken to Lindsey Kraus (manager) and Tom Hermes (Claims analyst) who have declared their willingness to investigate the matter, but they forgot to do it for months; In the meantime, we used the Echo for another delivery. The Echo has charged an amount of $ 339.89 dollars that we did not pay hoping to get our credit. Then Mr. Charlie Kerouac began to send emails to receive the amount of 339.89 dollars threatening our firm collection. The amount and 'we have been paid by check no. 1571 05/24, while we still have to get our money. I believe that an account receivable can’t afford to threaten a society 'that works especially if they're right.
