I hired this company to manage a rental property I own. Once the contract was over, I chose not to renew a new one, based on poor performance, fraudulant statements and bounced checks. I've made repeated attempts to collect my tenant's deposit, my maintenance deposit, past due rent and keys to the property, but Mr. Fergerson has not complied even with terms and conditions he set forth himself. Mr. Fergerson has been ellusive and avoiding any contact to rectify the situation.
