Barbara Henry Dishonest and Incompetent Property Manager Made Unathorized Repairs To Our Rental Property and Lied About Tenant Move In Pictures

Barbara Henry is a Property Manager at MacPherson's Property Management Inc. We hired her to manage our Woodinville Rental Property. We discussed our expectations and requested she take dated digital pictures at tenant move in along with the move in checklist.

She did not do this. She lied to her manager Cherie Haven and said she did and then changed her story that the tenant took them. We never received the pictures.

Having dated digital pictures at tenant move in is extremely important to us to ensure there is no question about the return of the tenant security deposit. Also helpful for the judge to render a decision in the landlord's favor if the tenant needs to be taken to Small Claims court for damages in excess of the security deposit. We are severly disadvantage now.

She is very dishonest, incompetent and has no communication skills. Barbara had expensive unauthorized service calls made at our property. Very disappointed in her lack of follow through after repeated reminders. What she promised she did not deliver.

I requested Cherie Haven, Branch Manager, remove Barbara from our account and assign another Property Manager. We requested Cherie Haven contact MacPherson's corporate office to see what could be done about our bad customer experience and request reimbursement of the commission paid to Barbara Henry. They were unwilling to do anything and no further action was taken.

Having her at this company is detrimental to other new and exisiting customers. Save yourself a lot of frustration and trouble by not working with Barbara Henry and the company she works for. You will save yourself a tremendous amout of frustration.
