I had a contract with this company. I told them I had to let go of my contract. Because I am 83 years old. And I need a hip operation I have no one in this area to care for me. So I have to go back to Missouri around family. This man. Did not live up to his obligation. They were supposed to call me before they showed the house. Sometimes a realtor would be in my living room and I was shocked no one had called. That's not the only reason there's so much to tell you about this company I don't have that time to tell you at all on his contract is said if I wanted to get out of it there will be no charge. I ask him first six months contract and he wrote down a one-year contract and he said to get the contract I had to pay him $350 up front or he keep me on a contract.
