I paid a substantial amount of $30.00 on the 19/05 to music one live as a subscription to the rod stewart fan club. This was to enable me to book pre sale tickets for the upcoming glasgow concerts. I tried on several occassion over a period of three days to gain access to these tickets without success and eventually had to purchase them elsewhere as i was unable to do so through this source resulting in a purchase of less satisfactory tickets. I am very unsatified and feel that i have been mis-sold my subscription to the fan club as it has not been beneficial.
