I too was led to believe that this company would only charge my bank card for the $4.95 to receive their product. After calling their customer support center and being told I had no right to be upset for the charges, I was given the return information. Also the operator "Dawn" stated that the information was on the website right where you ordered the product, this is a LIE. I had to go to the terms and agreement tab to find the information. At no time was I directed to this tab prior to purchase. Yes, there is a 20% restocking fee, which will cut my refund down to about $99.00. Terribly disenchanted with this company and they should be called to order for their misleading sales tactics.
