Bank Charges $2.00 for Each Customer Service Call

After they bought out Bank Atlantic, where I signed up, they now have rules that I never heard of before. Besides taking my money out of my savings because of an outstanding loan, they now want to charge me $2.00 each time I call customer service. The phone call for me to find out what this charge is will be charged $2.00 too, even after I told the customer service representative that I don't want to give any information if I'm going to be charged for the call. Of course, he said I would be charged.

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with, and it seems that, without your permission, anyone who works for the bank is allowed to look at your account anytime they want.

I suggest you stay away from this bank unless you like getting ripped off.
