Sheffield utilities has been over charging their patrons for years and we are tired of it and want something done! They charge what they want, I have paid over $1000 for two months utility and we live in a mobile home! That's not right, everyone who use that utility office is complaining! Something has to be done! We want an investigation to be done, please!
