I ordered a trial product, phoned them when received and said I wanted to send them back and cancel. I sent them back with their authorisation numbers within the 14day trial period and got a receipt from the post office. They still billed me and said they would not give the money back as I had gone to my bank about it. I did this as I read so many bad reviews about them on the Internet taking money without authorisation.
