I signed a contract almost a year ago, I have done more work on my end by getting the correct paper work to the court house, I dopped off copies that the other party was servied back in april, that was never filed with the court house. I have yet to even step foot into a court room, They do not return any of my phone calls that i have left with them nor my emails. I paid an extra 40 to have something else filed and i want that money back as well and i will do this on my own, which would have been less of a headache they are just the middle man if i knew this was going to be this complicated i would have filled out and filed this all on my own. And would have already been in and down with court and getting stuff that i need taken care of. So CD legal Clinic Please just hand over my file or give me copies i dont care if you charge me for them and take it out of my refund but i want a refund of all the money i have paid for services.
